Position Overview
CITY GROUP is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the commercial and construction services market. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and sales pipelines
Build long-term relationships with developers, general contractors, and property management firms
Manage proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
Track leads, follow up on opportunities, and maintain CRM records
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
Construction, facilities, or service industry experience preferred
English as first language (professional-level spoken and written English required)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Compensation
Competitive base salary + commission
Commission-only option available for part-time roles
Compensation structure based on experience and performance
